I did my best to make sure each stitch would help hold the rug together. However, If you have any problem with your rug within 90 days of purchase from Treasures Out West, Diana Dunn will repair, or replace the rug with one of similar size, or refund your purchase price.

All fabric and batting used is new.  Each rug was made in my home by me. I live just outside of Joliet between Joliet and Boyd and have been a longtime resident since 2002.

 Proper Care Instructions for Handmade Items

When caring for your handmade items, it is essential to follow specific washing instructions to maintain their quality and longevity. Machine wash your item on a gentle cycle, ensuring that you do not use bleach, as it can damage the fabric and its unique features. After washing, allow the item to line dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer.  Keep in mind that handmade items may have irregularities, which add to their charm and uniqueness.
